1. What is your processing and shipping time?
Most orders are processed within 14 days. Custom orders or those placed during new releases, sales, or peak holiday season (mid-November to mid-December) may take a minimum of 3 weeks.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Please note that these are average timeframes — occasional carrier or supply delays can happen.
If you need your order expedited, please email erinspirationalcrafts@gmail.com before placing your order. Additional rush fees may apply.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, order size, and delivery method. The fastest way to see your shipping cost is to add items to your cart and proceed to checkout — the system will automatically calculate your total before you finalize your order.
3. Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! Contactless local pickup is available in the Baltimore, Maryland area.
At checkout, select the pickup option instead of shipping. You’ll receive a text or email when your order is ready. Please make sure your phone number and email address are accurate to avoid delays.
Local delivery may be available upon request — feel free to email us to coordinate.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, we understand that things can happen — if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at erinspirationalcrafts@gmail.com with photos and your order details. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

5. Do you take custom requests or personalized orders?
Absolutely! Custom and personalized items are what we do best. If you have an idea, design, or concept in mind, we’d love to bring it to life.

6. What materials do you use?
We use a variety of high-quality materials, including birch and maple wood, acrylic, MDF, vinyl, and sublimation blanks depending on the item. All materials are carefully selected to ensure durability and a professional finish.
