1. What is your shipping speed?
Typically orders are processed within 10 days. Exceptions include custom orders and orders placed during new releases, sales, or during peak holiday season (mid-November to mid-December). Exceptions will take 3 weeks minimum. Once shipped, orders usually take 2-4 days to arrive. Please note this is an average turnaround time, but some unexpected delays may occur.

2. What is your shipping speed?
The fastest way to figure out estimated shipping costs is to add your desired items to your cart and simulate a checkout.
3. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Contactless local pickups now available within the Baltimore area. At checkout, click to change your shipping address. A box will pop up asking if you want the order delivered or available for pickup. I will text you when your order is ready, so please make sure you have an accurate phone number on the order.
4. Do you accept returns & exchanges?
Given that our items are individually customized, we do not accept returns and or exchanges. However, we do understand that things happen. Please reach out to us directly if you have any issues or concerns.
